The Kroenke Organization has announced plans for a 52-acre neighborhood development in Warner Center, located in Woodland Hills, CA. This is part of nearly 100 acres acquired by the organization in 2022 and will include the permanent headquarters of the Los Angeles Rams.
The mixed-use development—called Rams Village at Warner Center—will feature:
The land is currently home to the Rams’ temporary facility, which opened in August 2024 and will remain in use during construction.
In line with the Warner Center 2035 Plan, the development will provide four acres of required publicly accessible open space and 5.5 additional acres of green space for the community. Sustainability measures include solar power, water reuse, and environmentally conscious design across the site.
The Rams continue to build ties with Woodland Hills and the West Valley community. Since returning to L.A. in 2016, the Rams have contributed over 5,000 hours of community service in the area.
“The Rams have been incredible neighbors and I’m grateful to Stan Kroenke and the Kroenke Organization for continuing to make unprecedented investments in the West Valley.”
— Councilmember Bob Blumenfield
The Rams have been in Los Angeles since 2016 and opened SoFi Stadium in 2020, but lacked a permanent practice facility. After moving to a temporary location in Woodland Hills last year, they’ve now revealed plans for their future headquarters.
The project was first reported by Sam Farmer of the Los Angeles Times and will cost up to $10 billion, with construction starting as early as 2027 and expected to take a decade.
Stan Kroenke said:
“The master plan was to bring some kind of central core to the Valley. This is definitely fully capable of creating that.”
Renderings reveal a modern, curved design that mirrors SoFi Stadium’s sleek style. Otto Maly, president of Kroenke Holdings, added:
“We’ve been very selective in the design of our buildings so that they’re not faddish. You see some people build a building, and in three years it’s very dated. We try to avoid that.”
