Below are some plans and basic information on the proposed project. A brief overview of the project: CarMax is proposing an expansion of its existing facility at 21300 Roscoe Blvd. This will include an approximately 1,800 SF expansion of the existing building (approx. 20% of the existing building SF) as well as expanded outdoor vehicle sales display and customer parking areas in the northeast corner of the property. The project only proposes to expand uses previously approved for the site, no new uses are proposed to be introduced. A presentation will be given during the Canoga Park Neighborhood Council board meeting tonight.
