Starting July 1, the 2025-26 registration period for the LA County Rent Registry will officially open! If you own rental properties or mobilehome parks in unincorporated LA County it’s time to get ready for your annual registration.
Some properties (owner-occupied units, single family homes, or homes destroyed by the January 2025 Wildfires) – may be exempt. Visit theirr website or contact them to find out if your property qualifies.
Watch your mailbox! Registration letters with all the information you need to get started will be arriving soon. Be sure to register by September 30, 2025 to avoid late fees.
